HOW DOES AUTO-RENEW WORK?
A notification email is sent two months before the first Cleaning/Placement on the renewal contract. You can cancel or change the renewal contract within 30 days of the email at no charge. No action is needed; the credit card on file will be charged one month prior to the first cleaning/placement. Once your credit card charges your order can not be canceled, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BEFORE AND AFTER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
The Before and After confirmation email will be sent within 10 days of placing your order. We send all confirmation emails within 24 hours of service being completed.
CAN A CUSTOMER EDIT AN ORDER THEY PLACED AFTER ORDERING?
Absolutely! All changes must be made within the 5th day of placing your order.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders may be canceled within 5 days from when the order was placed. Simply email or call, and we will cancel your order immediately. After this 5 day period ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE
WHAT Flower options will i have to choose from?
Our Flower options change often. Because of this we hand pick the flower arrangement for you however if you have any special requests please let us know at the time you place your order and we will do the best we can to accommodate.
IF I WANT TO ORDER A FLOWER PLACEMENT BUT THERE IS NO VASE, WHAT CAN BE DONE?
In order to participate in the program, a vase is needed. The only exception is a saddle arrangement utilized for an upright memorial. Some memorial vases are built-in. If you're unsure, contact us we can help.
WHAT IS A SADDLE?
A saddle is the arrangement type used on upright memorials. It sits atop the memorial, "gripping" the memorial. No vase is needed.
ARE FLOWERS GUARANTEED TO BE ON GRAVESITES FOR A SPECIFIED LENGTH OF TIME?
No, this program is subject to a cemetery’s rules, regulations, and cleanup dates. You may inquire with your cemetery when cleanup will occur.
WHEN WILL THE SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM CLEANINGS TAKE PLACE?
The cleanings will be scheduled in the Spring, Summer & Fall. If you have certain dates you would like accommodated just let us know.
ARE FRESH FLOWERS AVAILABLE FOR THE PLACEMENT PROGRAM?
At this time, only artificial, silk-blend flowers are being offered. We do plan on offering fresh flowers in the futere! We will keep you posted!
WHERE DOES HEADSTONE HERO OPERATE?
Headstone Hero is Kansas City-based. We currently offer our services in the greater Kansas City area. Any service provided outside of the greater Kansas city area will require an upcharge based off distance.
ARE THERE ANY DATES OR HOLIDAY EXCLUSIONS FOR PLACEMENT
There are no exclusions. Please note: the actual placement of the flowers will occur within 10 days of placing your order regardless of the actual occasion date. We can expidite service for an aditions fee. We also offer our Annual Service Program which includes 3 cleanings a year (Spring, Summer, and Fall) including flower placement. if you have special dates for the Annual Service Program please let us know when placing your order.
WHEN ARE THE FLOWERS REMOVED FROM THE GRAVESITES?
The flowers are removed during the cemetery-wide cleanup and when another placement arrives (unless the new). Please remember that cemeteries are open to the public. We are not responsible in the event that any placements are moved or stolen.
DO we CLEAN MEMORIALS YEAR ROUND?
Do to possible freezing conditions that may have negative effects your families beloved memorial we do not clean headstones from Thanksgiving to Valentines day. However we do offer Flower Placement services year round.
(All purchases are considered final. By acquiring our headstone cleaning service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. As a gesture of goodwill, we will carefully trim around the flower holders and the perimeter of the headstone. Please be aware that certain cemeteries may have restrictions prohibiting us from trimming or utilizing handheld power tools. It is advisable to consult your local cemetery regulations before making any purchases. We are committed to adhering to cemetery policies at all times. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS)
